Today’s lunch at CET

Today’s lunch was a fish dish, fried vegetable, miso soup, and mango. I thought the fish dish was Philippine cuisine and asked for the name of it, I learned it was “Fish Namban” (“魚の南蛮” ), I think the chef wanted to make his own version of fish Namban, it was good because the result is like a fusion of Japanese and Philippine taste. Today’s mango was also very sweet. CET meals are generally well-received by students.
